Psychoeducation

It is a viable, economical and effective strategy to address the needs of people, integrating an educational-preventive and psychological approach, in order to strengthen the capacities to cope with the disease in a more adaptive way, achieving better adherence to treatment; the inclusion of psychoeducation helps to optimize the quality of life and would help reduce vulnerability to the disease in the family and caregiver.
